If you're getting an offer to work in area, pick the area wisely because most of them are not Gen Z friendly. Very very not work life balance (they literally pay high because they pay for your time).

People development is one of the best, you will have the challenge and the project needed to develop your skills further. Salary & benefits, are no questions amongst the best in the country. The top and senior managers always value opinions, ideas, and contributions.

Cons

High working hours or at least amongst the highest. Promotions criterion are sometimes not clear, and hence sometimes it may feels unfair.
