There are a lot of facilities to unlock new skills that relavent with current situation to win the market. Even on pandemic crisis Sampoerna still focus on employees well being. Transformation is DNA for Sampoerna, always strive to innovate something better both of prduct development and digital innovation to strengthen business fundamental.

Cons

Sampoerna is big organization, fierce competition for career development cannot be avoided. It takes huge efforts and patient especially people who started his/her career from regular employee program.
