I was able to grow in my career with this company. Ultimately, they let me down after years of service.

Cons

Poor management, bully mentality, underpay employees, understaffed departments, no loyalty to high performers that have been with them for years.

There are truly some great people who work here... Just not in Management,

Another consultant-led, "squeeze out every penny of profit in spite of product and employees" corporate clone. Product quality is failing and company morale is tanking. Low pay for field. Last round of layoffs included severance pay equal to one week's worth of rent.
