      Pros

      Great new location in Carlsbad with gym, game room, rooftop, basketball court, and lots of all round well-being perks. Good compensation and good teammates. Leadership seeks feedback from all employees and responds to feedback. Genuine intent to be a great place for employees to do good work and feel visible and heard.

      Cons

      It's a family business that is growing fast and finding it challenging to adapt to a diverse workforce. The owners are strong christian conservatives and there is a clear preference for maintaining a workforce that aligns with this. There are many old ways of doing things and can be difficult to change mindsets.
