      Pros

      It is a privately-owned company and CEO really cares about the employees. Other perks are great such as: telecommuting, you can wear jeans every day (casual space), and vanpools.

      Cons

      Location is in Poway. Excited to be moving to a custom built new building in Carlsbad in December 2017 with a gym (including onsite showers), game room, quiet room, and ocean view.

      Pros

      Moving to brand new building twice as big in Carlsbad. New building is going to have onsite gym, game room, basketball court and a quiet room.

      Cons

      Parking is an issue and working space is small.
