      Deceiving Job Duties

      Pros

      People have been here for ages, they are very knowledgeable but slow to accept and adapt to changes.

      Cons

      Feeling and being misunderstood. In some cases, being excluded from projects and still being pressured to perform job duties not within your job description or responsibilities. Management is very “unaware” when it comes to understanding their team.

      Worker bees are the most wonderful people you can ever meet and have the pleasure of working with.

      Over worked and under paid. Some departments are okay but most aren’t.

      Pay below industry standards Training is done by co-workers, minimal formal training Many processes are very manual. Lack of documentation - business on tribal knowledge Senior Management has very little interaction with employees
