Pros
+ HMSA employees are, overall, great people to work with. + Flexible hours + Good work/life balance
Cons
- Outsourcing end of last year. Many people were let go, or rebadged. It has been a disaster. Many of those that remain, and that are able to do so, have left, or plan to leave. Upper management don't care, and I would not be surprised if outsourcing expanded to more teams. This means you will have very low job security. - Low pay - Out of touch executives
