      Pros

      Even though the salary is far from being competitive compared to the same position in other companies, the benefits are great. We get full medical coverage at a very competitive rate for the entire family and a dollar for a dollar match on the 401K.

      Cons

      It is very hard to stay motivated when working with the IT department because of a general lack of drive and very weird decision making. The company is also filled with incompetent or unmotivated people who strive to do as little as possible.
