Cons

Stressful due to poor training and middle management quit too often. Not staffed well.

They offer great health care as well as 401K. Paid meals

Cons

The pay was not worth what you have to go through. Between the long hours being on your feet, you get only a 30 minute break. You have to deal with poor management and no communication between management team and the crew.
