My experience working here during high school and college
Pros
Co-workers were generally nice people. Supervisors were laid back and good at handling stress. Paid $1.00 or so more than federal minimum wage per hour. I made decent money in college working for this company. Great food for lunch breaks!
Cons
Initial training was very limited, you basically have to learn and make mistakes as you go along your first few weeks. Management lacking in many areas, especially employee relations. Facility was horribly understaffed 90% of the time. Favoritism was apparent in my particular location...some employees received raises and promotions based on how friendly they were with management. Dealing with the public is this job was often very difficult and stressful. Worked a lot of overtime due to understaffing.
