      Recent Outsourcing Moral Low

      Pros

      Benefits are decent, 401k and profit sharing

      Cons

      IT is a disaster after 30+ people were outsourced a few months ago. People jumping ship left and right who didn't get outsourced, people retiring early just to get out. Moral very low, walking into a train wreck. The idea that they call workers members is a joke. Recent leadership has taken this IT department down the drain.

      At the time, a cliquish, good old boys network, unless you were part of the "IT" crew it was hard to get things done. NOTHING moved fast and everything was difficult to change. Could not keep good people or young people as hard as they tried. They claim they are member owned that that didn't mean much in the end.
