Pros
Really solid out of college programs that give you real experience and lead to a role out of the program. Everyone works really hard at this organization.
Cons
Through tough times, their solution is to lay off individuals and disperse the work amongst the remaining people, and this has happened at least 4 times in the last few years which has created an insane amount of stress for a lot of people. Way too many people are seemingly forced to work over the standard hours with the amount of work that is expected to get done. As typical with other jobs, your experience varies depending on the team and manager.
