      Over worked and under appreciated assembly line worker

      Pros

      You get super close with coworkers, over time is an option 80% of the time, working on 1st shift you're the golden child and you're over staffed most of the time

      Cons

      Management doesn't listen to workers from the floor, 2nd shift gets screwed over on the daily, unless you are on one of the most important of 3 lines your GL doesn't carenabout you

      The company is severely understaffed and their corporate practices are draconian at best. There is no work life balance expect to work over 60 hours a week on a slow week.
