Pros
Extensive project list in multiple disciplines with extensive international projects, especially Bridges/Highways. Office culture lacking, at least in our department.
Cons
After 14 years of service I was laid off, it happens to the best of us right? Unfortunately our manager offered no severance, none, nothing. I walked out with my 401K and nothing else. Our department never promoted from within and suffered from fractured. Biased treatment based not on quality of work but who you knew. I loved the history of the firm and the work they did, it is unfortunate that some department leaders can ruin a "good feeling". Look somewhere else, if you have a choice.
