Pros

This company has good benefits, and has a system for providing pay raises every year. It is very flexible. It has a very supporting staff, even remotely, for any issue (i.e. IT, HR, Project Controls, and others), that facilitates the work that one is performing.

Cons

Management sometimes does not contact staff, specially as the project is finishing, to explain what will happen with positions.

I guess that they are a good sized company, and the don't overwork you compared to other consultants.

Cons

Terrible benefits, no maternity leave, no employee loyalty, and awful policies regarding workplace environment and culture.

Good vacation, good pay compared to industry, not stressful, cool projects

Cons

Very hierarchical, people are corporate sheep, and very boring. They expect you to specialize in something and do the same thing over and over and over. If you want an easy job that pays well and don't mind it being mind-numbingly monotonous then this is a good company for you.
