      Good pay and benefits esop program as well

      Cons

      No help learning your position kind of a learn by yourself what’s going on or have the opportunity to branch out. Micro managed environment and slow to get things done.

      Location Updated technology You're never hungry, that place always has food

      Cons

      Ineffective HR Officer - has "cleaned house" numerous times throughout her time there and still can't get the right team in place. Turnover is the highest I have seen in my career.

      A Human Resources Management Team who doesn't demonstrate the Companies' core integrity values. High turnover on the HR Team. Long working hours without recognition for efforts.
