- Good pay and great benefits. - This is a great job "short term "job, if you have no family or life outside work and want to make quick $.
Cons
- Management has unrealistic expectations! - Employees earn vacation time, but its extremely difficult to use any of it. - Any & all mistakes are frowned upon. - Employees are robots & workers bees. - This is a place where management has NO interest in your family or life outside of work, so don't even talk about it. It's all about meeting goals & breaking records each month. - Not a flexible job. - Lot of turn over in this department. Management has unrealistic expectations. They want 1 month of invoices processed in the first 2 weeks. Staff work 40-60+ hrs/week to do this! They do not treat staff as human beings. You are a worker bee with no life outside of work. Getting vacation time is difficult, if not nearly impossible. Why? The first 2 weeks, everyone must work overtime. Then, week 3 rolls around & everyone wants a day off. But, you can only get a day off, if you can find another employee to cover your work, while you are off. What a joke. Then, management must approve that time. If you are not caught up, then you can't take off. Well, they give you so many invoices and have such untealistic expectations that you are never caught up. Employees will literally work 8+ hours overtime earlier in the week to get a day off. But, you can't use vacation time, because you worked extra to take that vacation. And its just a day. Taking a week off, is unheard of. You would be so far behind, when you returned. Also, ANY & ALL mistakes are frowned upon.
