      good technology, computers and software programs are the lastest and best around, company does its best to have lasted desgin tools available to all employees

      Pros

      I was allowed to work independently and develop my own path with regard to HNTB's joint venture with limited interference from senior management.

      Cons

      Lack of conviviality in the office environment. Not a great place for architects - engineers do better

      Pros

      While the culture varies by office, I found the California offices to have a very friendly, collaborative, and energetic atmosphere. The company also puts genuine effort into its internal events, consistently investing time and resources to make them well organized and enjoyable for employees. In addition, there is a strong culture of continuous learning. Employees are encouraged to develop new skills, and the company provides meaningful support for professional growth and ongoing development.

      Cons

      It used to be a great company, but its rapid expansion has made the organization feel less structured and less efficient. Compared with many other firms, the workload is exceptionally heavy, and there is a strong expectation that employees will work through long, exhausting hours to meet demanding deadlines. Performance expectations are also very high. As a result, employee turnover is significant, and it is not uncommon for people to leave or even return to their previous employers.
