      Pros

      One of the dominant construction consulting firm in the US. It is a good place if you are interested in climbing up the project management ladders.

      Cons

      The environment is very conservative. Too client-centric: focus too much on keeping existing clients and hesitant to pursue projects from other potential clients that can make employees grow Many repetitive works using already well-established methodologies.
