      Benefits, 40 hour work week, fairly flexible

      Cons

      Management is unwilling to adapt to change. We are required to be back in the office at the beginning of August as COVID positivity rates surge in our area, even though we can all do our jobs from home. Management is convinced that collaboration can only be achieved in a traditional office setting. If you’re old school and think COVID goes away when you’re tired of it, this is the company for you.

      No work/life balance, lack of trust and respect, outdated technical resources, poor leadership, poor understanding on diversity and inclusion, culturally biased, and poor communication on job expectations.
