      Good Pay for Civil. Not too bad for hours.

      Cons

      Benefits are pretty mid. Could be better in 401k match and parental leave for both mom and dad.

      great staff and made life-long friends, Fun projects when I was there. Learn a lot.

      Cons

      I joined as a fresh graduate. The starting pay was comparable across the market. However, getting a raise/promotion was extremely difficult despite your hard work. getting the right supervisor is important to your growth as they would fight or won't for your advancement.
