- Competitive pay, especially when compared to traditional advertising/marketing positions - Committed to developing marketing personnel - Opportunities to work on some of the most significant transportation infrastructure projects - Niche market/industry in which one can really develop a personal brand - Stability! HNTB is an employee-owned business that has been around for over 100 years!

Cons

- Is you are used to a typical creative position (like at an ad agency and such), you might find the subject matter a little less amusing — HNTB is a traditional corporation.

Business processes can be burdensome and many are geared towards engineering and don’t allow enough flexibility for how architects work

Decent benefits, ESOP, good location

Cons

New York leadership is absolute slime. Top office guy is not trustworthy, unaware of engineering and design basics, and seems to be politically appointed like some others have shared. The place has a constant staff churn, which is justified because they treat people differently and unethically when it comes to evaluation and their assembly line culture. Corporate HR won’t react because market is good and they dont seem to want to ruffle any feathers.
