      - Company has a consistent track record of delivering very complex projects in aviation, transit, rail, tunnels, architecture, tolls, etc. - Very strong financial performance over a long time - profitable - Employee-owned / ESOP provide ownership opportunities. - Leader in their respective industry - focuses on pursuing unique and complex projects that only a few firms can do - Talented leadership / Clear strategic plan - Many offices (50+)

      Cons

      - Moves slower than others in the industry in regards to social media engagement - Lacks enough employee diversity - Culture is more rigid than other smaller companies
