      Pros

      The company has some good projects in its portfolio from its past and the pay is comparable to similar firms in the region.

      Cons

      Management style is top-down. Team-building, camaradrie, and communication between managers and employees is non-existent at best. Morale is poor, and frequent mass lay-offs have not come with any reassurances to the employees that are left behind. Review the benefits package carefully before taking this job.
