      people are friendly, work is manageable. good long term company when you find your place here

      very corporate, everything is to the books. nothing gets past management. lots of people managing, not as much young people

      HNTB has a very robust Career Development program that allows you to choose which path you take.

      Cons

      The CPD process can be overwhelming at first but once you understand it you realize that its there for you to help you guide tour career in the path that you want it to go.
