It was the best job I’ve ever had in terms of benefits and salary with exceptions noted in Cons.
Cons
Salary was great but it was hard to move up not being a man or an engineer. Seemed like the only women who moved up were engineers. Opportunities that would have applied to a non-engineer were given to men. Multiple small offices makes it hard to say how the company is in general. One office was different from another. In the office where I worked there was a lot of pettiness and foolishness that I felt should have been stopped. Corporate HR defended scum bag managers even after multiple complaints and then employees who complained felt like they were being retaliated against. That was disappointing.
