      Pros

      The large network means work and pay is stable, and there is always someone to reach out to for help. The benefits are good, particularly the 401K and ESOP plans. The people are the best assets, providing value on some of the largest public works projects in the country.

      Cons

      Larger corporations are not quick to change or update almost anything. Just about anything takes longer and involves more steps at a company of this size.
