Pros
Decent pay and benefits, time off and paid holidays, although difficult to get approval to take time off.
Cons
Revolving door of managers, nobody seems to know what anyone else does. Complaints about toxic work environments went from new manager to new manager with no resolution. HNTB does not fight for their consultants either when a client makes a wrongful accusation. I had to go to the news as a whistleblower for what was happening at the client site, as HNTB had no desire to fix the situation.
