Very organized company, good work life balance

Pros

Working on very impactful projects, get paid overtime (only base rate, but better than nothing), great team, solid work life balance, onboarding was very smooth. With the recent infrastructure bill, the ESOP is going to be amazing.

Cons

A bit of corporate nonsense, but it's pretty tame.
