      1.Using out dated technologies for development 2.Don,t have transparency in Appraisal Process 3.Don't providing professional training to employees but expecting outstanding performances 4.Salaries are lower compared to industry standards

      Pros

      Salary wise ok in India. But too many mechanical rules makes the IT people life difficult to manage personal life.

      Cons

      No matter how smart and hard working you are the senior and head department will politically keep your growth restricted. Very bad management. Employment survey is of no use as no actions are taken.

      Upper managers do not have any idea of how the real people on the floor do their job. Heavy turnover from upper management and on the floor. Upper management do not listen to any ideas presented unless by their friends in high places. This company needs an union
