Ok, but not great.

Pros

Weekly Lunch & Learns (free food!), monthly office gatherings (free alcohol!), Wellness Week (complimentary massage and acupuncture twice a month), pretty decent office space (NYC office) located across the street from Bryant Park. Oh and they have HOK Volleyball and Softball teams.

Cons

Micromanagement by Administrative Supervisor, disorganization with regard to meeting coordination and less than stellar salary w/ expensive health benefits. Also, quite a bit of "cliqueyness" amongst certain staff. I felt like I was in high school a lot of the time.

Pros

Junior staff all got along well. Regular happy hours and plenty of opportunity to interact with senior staff. When work slowed down they handled laying people off pretty well. Was allowed to keep health benefits for 3 months after termination. When I started as an intern in with this company in another city I was able to transfer to the San Francisco office when I graduated.

Cons

Limited room for advancement. When work did get slow they had to downsize considerably. Pay was very low by local standards.
