      Pros

      Highest pay rate for warehouse work. Busy and secure. Good control of industry segment

      Cons

      Slow and muddy road to progression, mgmt does not manage people well, not addressing shortfalls with writeups, etc.

      Raises are small, pay is not competitive, tech come in for 2 years get their certificates and leave for more money

      Lack of Direction in IT Management

      Teams and colleagues are supportive Good flexibility in work schedules Supports work-life balance.

      Cons

      Some decisions in the IT department appear reactive rather than strategic, it is like 'let's try this and see what happens' They are hiring employees and letting them go in short time frame (in months) Before the last two layoffs, leadership was directly asked in an IT all-hands meeting whether there were any plans for staff reductions. They said no and mentioned efforts to retain current employees One last note — during the separation meeting, the manager didn’t show their face on camera, only the top of their head. It felt disrespectful and unprofessional.
