Pay they pay atleast 20% less than the competition and have no employee retention, disconnect from corporate and low level employees, NO room for advancement, people left from Darr days stick and won't move if they do get the opportunity to move up, would usually hire from outside then to promote and train as other companies do

The give a little more pay because they want you to do the job of 3-4 people. Company has been adding too many people to the management list and the company is very top heavy and very unstable for the people that actually make the money. Holt preaches the vision mission and values yet the only time that they are really upheld is when they are trying to discipline you for something. Vision mission and values are not used to help run the company, they are used as a tool to help them punish you.
