      Pros

      The work culture is better than most other companies. Most employees are caring.

      Cons

      Very little room for advancement, no cost of living adjustments, no or little pay raises. Pay is good for new hires but not tenured employees. Cutting expenses at the wrong places. Need to re-evaluate pay structures and benefits. Don't pay under qualified employees, more than seasoned veterans.

      The pay and benefits are decent. Pretty laid back atmosphere.

      As usual, upper management plays favorites when it comes to promotions. Its who you know, not what you know right?
