Highest pay rate for warehouse work. Busy and secure. Good control of industry segment

Cons

Slow and muddy road to progression, mgmt does not manage people well, not addressing shortfalls with writeups, etc.

leadership development classes that train you to understand you and your customers' personalities independently working to get your sales. You decide how much you want make good benefits

Cons

people are always coming and going. managers are often busy settling internal issues, not alot of support lack of communication among departments at times. but that will be anywhere you go.
