      Benefits were pretty good here. Typical Vacation Time when reached 1 year two weeks to start out with and two personal days

      Cons

      Management and the feeling of being overworked and underpaid. Also management gets mad when ever you try and use your sick time.

      Full benefits(401k, health, dental, vision), multiple holidays off as well as Black Friday, well established company

      Cons

      Pay they pay atleast 20% less than the competition and have no employee retention, disconnect from corporate and low level employees, NO room for advancement, people left from Darr days stick and won't move if they do get the opportunity to move up, would usually hire from outside then to promote and train as other companies do

      Great job, a lot of knowledgeable employees. Highly recommend to any in the Diesel feild.

      Cons

      None I can really claim to have been through. As long as your a hard worker. Doesn't call in or show up late, you will always have a job here.
