Pros

The owners had no clue how to manage a business. They had no medical background and no idea what elderly people needed. The office meetings turned into husband/ wife squabbles, they both wanted to be in charge.

Cons

The owners had no real world experience, both retired military background. They had no idea about employment law, rights, and discrimination was rampant.
