Pros

None, there was nothing good about working here

Cons

You are expected to cover a shift if a caregiver calls out or if they accept a new client with no coverage

Pros

Dedication of some caregivers and branch office operators to the mission

Cons

Worst job experience in a 30-year career. Ineffective corporate management, values profits over people. Management style is command-and-control, hierarchical and gaslighting.

Pros

You can’t tell what they do sometimes and that are unfair to the caregiver working full time with no important healthcare and benefits. They only provide preventive care insurance

Cons

They hire anybody when they need to cover their shifts even if you don’t have a license
