1. Awful days off 2. Little vacation time 3. Micromanaging 4. Get in trouble for talking to co-workers 5. Days can either be really busy or really slow

Bonuses, Over Time, weekly pay, uniforms provided, one hour paid break per 12 hour shift, benefits, 401k matching, all the milk you can drink while you are at work, good people to work with

Cons

12 hour shifts, start on nights, doesn't like to promote from within
