Highest paying contractor staring out. You get to meet alot of cool people and it’s a great place to start if you wanna move into operations or something related. You work at your own pace and get lots of breaks.

Cons

You are out in the elements rain, snow, sleet or hail. Lots of exposure to the weather, could be 110+ for the heat index or it could be -10 and you’re still monitoring. The people you work with can sometimes push things too far, but just have thick skin and you’ll be fine. Alky is a tough unit and you’ll be expected to climb really tall towers.
