This company is great for employees who are looking to get that first time experience in the industry. There are plenty of opportunities to grow within the company with some time and good work ethics. Definitely felt appreciated, even when it doesn't seem apparent.

Cons

There always seemed to be a lack of communication between management and technicians. A lot of times open-door policies are put in place to encourage conversation, but I felt like this was put into place so that information would spread between coworkers rather than holding actual meetings.
