      Mandatory overtime/bonuses. Opportunity to increase your pay rate

      Cons

      You are stripped away your life. Extreme labor for very long terms (sometimes 24 hours plus). They do not take into consideration how much work you've done the day before, they will assign you multiple 24 hour days in a row
