HPC runs a bunch of different services, which is great because it keeps things diverse, but it’s also tricky to figure out where to put the most effort. Splitting time and money across all these areas can water down growth, making it tough to be the top dog in any one spot

The supervisor at the Valero plant is not the best he definitely has his favorites. No chances to move up.
