Not making any money due to not having no work. The work that is available only goes to certain people. Broken promises left and right.

The company was flexible on days off. They would work with you if you were going to school, they are being on education and will work with you to see that you succeed.

Cons

The company doesn’t match 401K yearly, and the benefits are expensive.
