Pros

Schedule Mon-Thursday, only work Fridays if you get rained out or needed to take a week day off. Perfect for college student like myself to gain experience within a refinery.

Cons

They only care about production, although it is easy to be productive and get by. Not a great company, they cut everyones base rate by 5% because of covid, but literally where is that money going when they profited almost a billion last year? Little to no advancement positions.
