Having a job, that's all.

Cons

Not getting paid on time (with the correct amount). Not enough work to stay busy the majority of the year.. No raises (even after extra training & duty).. No real loyalty.

Pays on time, my particular supervisor works with me if I need off that’s about it. Stable if you come to work on time and do your job.

Cons

You will never move up, it’s a hassle to get a raise, they have no problem getting rid of people, supervisors talk to you like your garbage.

Great place to work if you’re lazy. Get to take advantage of PGE for work not done. They’re thier biggest customer. Work 5hrs bill them for 12. Management approves of it. Everybody gets paid. You can make costly mistakes, tear up equipment, bad mouth customers & other employees, including management & not be fired or held accountable. Great place to work

New hires are incompitent & have terrible work ethic but dispatch loves it. More hours to do simple task. More hours to bill PGE
