Business Outlook
Pros
Company offers good health plan available from the date of hire. 401K plan is also a plus. There seems to be a great bond between field level employees due to the mutual suffering inflicted by poor management.
Cons
The Company seems to have little to no focus with directives and initiatives beginning and cancelling halfway through their implementations. High turnover rate due to value not being placed on retention of quality personnel. This leads to lesser trained and unprofessional behavior rampant in the workplace and on projects in front of customers.
