Some long days, weekends and holidays

The company management is horrible, they treat there employees like crap, raises are non existent you literally have to request a raise. If you don’t say anything, they will not give you a raise. Or they’ll make some excuse where you won’t get a raise, If you request time off, they pretend that you never requested that time off and expect you to come to work anyways, if you request that you don’t wanna work with someone who makes you feel uncomfortable they put you with that person anyways, you have to call in every day just to see if you’re working and you’re supposed to be a full-time employee I never understood that I would never ever recommend anyone to ever put their selves through this heartache and pain working for this company
