Pretty good company but questionable decisions by leadership

Good pay, good location. For the most part workforce was made up of very good people.

Cons

When revenues were not where the private equity company required the company went with a slash and born of the work force to the point that some of the branches had no back office support

Wonderful company to work for. Helped develop skills and was flexible and gave room for growth.The company's base pay is well and the company has allowed me to develop my position as I went, as I saw the need. I enjoyed my job and the products and services we offered.

Cons

Was disappointed that business is closing. It was a small company that only had a few employees working and the amount of responsibilitiesI had to do would have been able to be delegated out butdue to reduction in force and no one else being there I had to do more than my share of the workandnot get compensated for all.
