Pros
Tons of opportunities to take on new projects and play a central role in successful, novel products. Coworkers are fantastic, smart, and talented. Really cannot be understated. Pay is decent. Free lunch is nice. Company is small and growing so you really get to know people.
Cons
Management consists of two people that oversee everything. They don't value you or your opinions, and your word will not mean anything. No feedback is ever given, you just get fired for unsubstantiated reasons that have no basis in reality. Get any developer, hardware or software, to open up and all of them feel very strongly about this, but nobody will say it. Many of these reviews are likely fake, this opinion is well shared, yet is not reflected in reviews.

Pros
Excellent group of people to work with. - Very bright, but also personable. Everyone is light-hearted with a good sense of humor, no one takes themselves too seriously. - Always willing to help. - Typically put team needs over self-needs. - Conflict/differences in opinion are always handled and resolved in a reasonable manner, people don't intentionally step on each other's toes. Interesting products that are highly performant and typically well engineered from the start. Drinks, snacks, and lots of recreational activities (i.e. ping pong, gaming pc with VR headset, etc) Company events and outings are relatively frequent compared to other places I've worked, and they're always a good time. The office is typically well kept and has just been renovated. Clients are typically pleasant to work with, even if/when there are issues. Honestly, the best thing about HPR is the people, they’re all wonderful.
Cons
Priorities are not always clear, 95% of tasks seem to be top priority, but this is likely due to the fact that the company is growing rapidly and there is always tons to do. Occasional handwaving around some company policies which are not always well defined.
